Important Eligibility & Coverage Details
Hospice care is available for patients who meet eligibility criteria as determined by a physician. Services are typically covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans. Care is provided wherever the patient resides, including private homes, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities.
